Terms of Service

　CL maker StandAlone ver1.0●Terms of ServiceContent Idea of Asia co., Ltd. (C.I.A) provides the user (individual or company) its service, subject to the following Terms of Service of the software product. The software product includes computer software, printed matter (documents such as manual), and online articles. When user disagrees to the Terms of Service, the user cannot consent to the installation of this software product, the right of use, and all other rights. ●License to use software product 1. The product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The product is licensed, and not for sale. ●Other rights and limits 1. Reverse-assembling, reverse-engineering, and de-compilation are not permitted. 2. The user cannot rent, sell, or lease this software product. ●Right of Reversion 1. Copyright, patent, trademark, trade rights, secret information, and all rights of this software belong to C.I.A. ●Guarantee 1. The quality of the software and the functions are not guaranteed to meet the need of the user, thus the user holds responsible of the installation decision of this software product. C.I.A does not hold the responsibility of any damage caused by the use of the software product. ●Cancellation 1. When a part or the entire contract is violated or when the copyright of this software product is infringed, C.I.A. holds right to terminate the use of this software by the user without any notification. ●Others 1. C.I.A. bases on Japanese Domestic Law for interpretation of this contract. 2. When a dispute occurred over the contract, C.I.A assigns Nagoya district court to be the exclusive jurisdictional court of law.
